A prestigious new judicial assistants pilot scheme has been launched by the commercial court in association with the Commercial Bar Association (COMBAR). The first three commercial court judicial assistants will start their six-month placements in January 2018. The deadline for applications is 5pm on 13 November. Successful applicants will receive an award equal to half of their chambers’ annual pupillage award for the six-month period. If successful, the pilot scheme will be rolled out on a permanent basis.
