Jurit appoints Christian Abletshauser to lead family law practice
Jurit LLP has appointed experienced family lawyer Christian Abletshauser as Partner to lead its London-based Family Law practice, strengthening its growing Private Wealth & Tax offering.
Christian has more than 20 years' experience advising individuals, families and business owners on complex family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, children, nuptial agreements and cohabitation, often with international dimensions.
His experience includes sole conduct of significant reported cases, including Robertson v Robertson [2016] EWHC 613 (Fam) and Re T, one of the four conjoined appeals determined by the Court of Appeal in Re H-N and Others [2021] EWCA Civ 448.
Christian combines clear judgement and strategic thinking with a genuine personal commitment to his clients, many of whom continue to turn to him long after their case has concluded.
