Karl Tonks, Matthew Stockwell & Nigel Tomkins APIL

The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) has welcomed a new president, vice-president, and treasurer this month.

Karl Tonks, head of employers’ liability at Fentons Solicitors, joins as president, taking over from David Bott. Matthew Stockwell, a barrister at St Johns’ Buildings Chambers, is stepping into the role of vice-president. Nigel Tomkins is to be the association’s treasurer. He is an acknowledged trainer for APIL
courses and conferences.
