Firm strengthens immigration law offering
Payne Hicks Beach has announced that Kathryn Bradbury has joined their leading private client department as a partner. Kathryn specialises in immigration law and joins from Gherson, having previously worked at the Legal Aid Agency.
Kathryn has a broad practice advising on a range of immigration matters and has a wealth of experience representing high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and clients in immigration issues relating to marriage, civil partnerships, unmarried partners, and children, including adoption and surrogacy arrangements.
She has particular expertise in European Union free movement cases and challenges to the extended family member provisions. Her previous experience in complex immigration cases includes instructions in human rights challenges and judicial reviews, such as representations during recent challenges to the points-based system and sole responsibility provisions in child cases.
