Complex injury team welcomes new partner in London office

Keoghs, a Davies business, announced it is strengthening its complex injury London team with the appointment of new partner, Phill Bratt.

Phill joins Keoghs from Weightmans, with over 12 years of experience, specialising in catastrophic personal injury claims which has seen him represent clients in some of the highest value personal injury cases. Having spent the majority of his career working on cases with maximum severity brain damage, tetraplegia and amputation injuries, Phill is a champion of rehabilitation and early intervention.

Keoghs complex injury division has grown exponentially over the last two years including with the arrival of partner, Catherine Kober, who joined from DWF in 2021. Catherine has built up the law firm’s presence in the London market, growing the team organically and through a number of strategic lateral hires.

With over 230 team members based across the UK, Keoghs’ complex injury offering serves major insurers, public bodies and corporate clients nationwide.

Ken Young, head of complex and catastrophic injury at Keoghs said: 'I am delighted to welcome Phill to the team. His experience working on some of the most complex and catastrophic claims means his reputation in the market speaks for itself. I have no doubt that our clients will benefit enormously from his skills and expertise.'

Phill Bratt, partner, Keoghs said: 'It’s an exciting time to join Keoghs as it continues to grow its market share in London and beyond. I am really impressed with the service offering Keoghs is able to deliver to its clients and I am very much looking forward to the future and to what more is to come.'
