The Employment Rights (Increase of Limits) Order 2006 (SI 2006/3045):

From 1 February 2007, the limit on the amount of a compensatory award for
unfair dismissal is increased to £60,600; the maximum amount of a week’s pay for the purpose of calculating a redundancy payment or the basic award for unfair dismissal is increased to £310.
