Rowley and others v Secretary of State for the Department of Work and Pensions [2007] EWCA Civ 598, [2007] All ER (D) 186 (Jun)

The provisions of the Child Support Act 1991 and the right to seek judicial review where the Child Support Agency fails to collect or enforce arrears of maintenance provide a comprehensive remedy. There is, therefore, no common law duty of care.
