Lawfront, the UK’s leading regional legal services group, has announced the appointment of Peter Martin-Simon as CEO, effective 1st September, to lead the business in its next phase of growth.
Peter joins Lawfront as Neil Lloyd is set to shortly stand down in a planned retirement, having successfully led the business since April 2022. Under Neil’s leadership, Lawfront has grown significantly, from under £10m to circa £170m revenue.

As part of the leadership transition, Peter will work closely with Neil, along with the rest of the leadership team, to ensure an orderly and effective handover ahead of Neil’s upcoming retirement.

Supported by our experienced management team, under Peter’s leadership Lawfront is set to continue its journey as a market leader in regional legal services. Maintaining a strong culture with a focus on our people is incredibly important and in Lawfront’s DNA. I am sure that Peter will continue this success story.
“I would like to thank Neil for his invaluable contribution in building Lawfront to what it is today. Over the last four years under his stewardship, Lawfront has grown to a business with approximately £170mm in revenue and to a team of over 1,500 colleagues.”
Peter Martin-Simon, CEO added: “I am excited to be joining Lawfront at a time of momentous change in the legal sector driven by consolidation and the adoption of AI. Lawfront has established itself as a leading legal services group in the UK and I intend to use my expertise to accelerate growth and consolidate its market leading position.”
