Business development director joins firm

Dorset commercial law firm Steele Raymond LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of Lee Taylor in the new role of business development director. A specialist in practice development, Lee has over 15 years of experience and expertise in business growth, specifically in the legal market.

During Lee’s legal career he has gained experience in a range of in-house and agency positions both in London and across the UK. He spent two years as the marketing director of a Dorset based marketing company providing lawyers, accountants and business owners with strategic marketing support.

Lee joins Steele Raymond from a local firm of solicitors where he gave business development support to the personal injury, commercial and private client teams. Lee was responsible for the overall marketing strategy for the firm as well as successfully increasing and enhancing their online presence.

Tim Stone, chairman and partner of Steele Raymond, says: "We’re delighted to be welcoming Lee to the team, another appointment that shows our commitment to identify and encourage the best local talent to join us. Steele Raymond is at the heart of commercial law in Dorset and the south coast and our recent appointments demonstrate our continued plan to strengthen and develop our leading position in the region.”
