Lester Aldridge—lawyer promotions

South Coast firm promotes eight lawyers
South Coast law firm Lester Aldridge has announced the promotion of a number of lawyers, with five new senior associates and three new associates.

Promoted to Senior Associate are Phoebe Chandler (Commercial Real Estate), Lucy Goff (LA Marine), Edward O’Brien (Employment), together with Shelley Cole and Tarron Dobson (Residential Property).

Yasmin Curry (Real Estate, specialising in restructuring & insolvency), Ashley Brown and Erin Collins (Litigation & Recoveries) are promoted to Associate.

Matthew Barrow, Managing Partner of Lester Aldridge, said: “On behalf of the firm, I would like to congratulate each of our lawyers who have been promoted. They have all shown consistent excellence in both the quality of advice and client service provided in their fields of expertise and have proven themselves to embody our firm’s values.

“At Lester Aldridge, we pride ourselves on recognising and rewarding hard work, and are committed to investing in our people. Part of our recent substantial investment in learning and development was the incorporation of a transparent career development programme for all lawyers, backed by an “LA Academy” to deliver training in the business skills required as careers progress. The number of lawyers who have stayed with us for the majority of their careers reflects the supportive environment we offer. We look forward to supporting our new wave of promotions in their new roles.”
