His clients are national and international. He has gained a reputation for robust and effective advice in this complex area of law and has developed a particular expertise acting in disputes involving farms.
Ashton specialises in resolving disputes involving trusts and estates and acts for professional and lay trustees, executors, attorneys, deputies and beneficiaries. His clients include private individuals, charities, and those in the financial services industry.
Robin Illingworth, senior partner at Adams & Remers, comments: “I would like to welcome Lloyd and Ashton to the firm. They are two of the most highly regarded senior specialists in the country in contested trust and probate, and their joining is very exciting at this point in the growth of our business.”
