The Courts and Tribunals Judiciary has published a progress report, providing an update on the work that has been done by all agencies to remove obstacles to the proper conduct of cases in the Crown Court. 

Lexis®Library update: It has also published a revised and updated Better Case Management (BCM) Handbook, which should be followed by all practitioners who are conducting cases in the Crown Court from Monday 16 January 2023.
