Lexis®Library update: The guidance notes that when solicitors select 'create general application', existing applications are displayed, but to lodge a new general application the option 'add new', as shown above the existing application, must be selected to create a new application.
If the solicitor tries to overwrite the existing general application, changes won't be saved. The technical team are working on a resolution to prevent solicitors being able to take this step within an existing application and the issue is being treated as a priority fix to solve this behaviour and add preventions and appropriate warnings for users to stress the importance of using the 'add new' tab. In addition, the issue of applications in draft form A not displaying solicitor information has now been fixed.
