The Law Commission has published its proposals to improve protections for victims whose intimate images are taken or shared without their consent
Lexis®Library update: The Law Commission is consulting on these proposals until 27 May 2021. The proposals seek to provide victims with adequate protection from behaviours related to non-consensual taking and sharing of intimate images.
