The Law Society has formed a taskforce to lead conveyancing reform

Lexis®Library update: The Conveyancing Task Force comprises of the Law Society, the Society of Licensed Conveyancers, the Conveyancing Association, CILEx and the Bold Legal Group.

The members of the task force have already been working together informally, releasing documents to their members relating to the circumstances of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and the impending expiry of the stamp duty land tax holiday at the end of March 2021, to provide clarity and consistency in approach for conveyancers.
