Lord Chancellor, Robert Buckland, has outlined his vision for reforming the criminal justice system to make it safer and fairer

Lexis®Library update: The vision includes changes to investigating and prosecuting rape and sexual assault, the largest prison-build programme in over a century, more investment in victims’ services and commitment to delivering a victim’s law. A White Paper is to be released in due course.
