LNB NEWS: MoJ and HMPPS publish Litigation Claims Policy Framework

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) and HM Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) have published the ‘Litigation Claims Policy Framework’.

Lexis®Library update: The Framework provides guidance on the management of litigation claims brought against HMPPS and covers all public sector, private and public law litigation claims and judicial reviews for the over 18s prison and probation estates in England and Wales.
