LNB NEWS: SRA publishes review of immigration and asylum legal services

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has published a review of immigration and asylum legal services.

Lexis®Library update: The report covers the SRA’s findings of the quality of service, supervision and complaints. The report found that though there are some areas for improvement, the SRA is satisfied overall with the quality of the services provided. The SRA has also set out the ‘next steps’ it will take in response to the report, including issuing new guidance on immigration work and supervision and producing further resources for immigration practitioners.

The full report is accessible here.
