Lord Mance retires

A valedictory ceremony is to be held to mark the retirement of Lord Mance, Deputy President of The Supreme Court. Lady Hale, President of the Supreme Court, other members of the legal profession and Lord Mance will address guests at the ceremony, which is to be livestreamed on the Supreme Court website then made available on demand from the Supreme Court’s YouTube channel. The 30-minute ceremony takes place on 6 June, 9am in Court One at the Supreme Court. Members of the public wishing to attend should contact Jackie Sears in advance to request a place: jackie.sears@supremecourt.uk.
