New head of legal for arts organisation

The Royal Shakespeare Company has announced the appointment of Marina Zain as the new head of legal replacing Caroline Barnett, who left the RSC earlier this year to set up her own legal consultancy firm. Marina brings with her nearly 20 years of in-house experience working in senior roles in such organisations as IBM, EMC and British American Tobacco. She has in-depth expertise and a proven track record of success working across borders in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the US.
