Firm expands conveyancing team
Coodes Solicitors has expanded its residential property team by appointing a new conveyancer with a strong track record in Newquay and Penzance.
Based in Coodes’ Truro office, Mark Florey started his career in his home city of Birmingham, before moving to Cornwall. He established Nalders Solicitors’ conveyancing team in Penzance and then moved across to Newquay, where he spent 10 years growing the firm’s business in North Cornwall.
Mark says: “Coodes is a highly ambitious firm that is going through massive growth and expanding across the region. As someone who enjoys bringing in new business, that’s very exciting.
