New legal director appointed
City law firm RPC has appointed senior associate Mark Lynch as legal director with immediate effect. Mark, who specialises in transactional construction, is based in the firm's London office and runs the team.
Mark joined RPC in 2012 from Dundas & Wilson in London, having qualified in 2005. His practice acts for a range of clients who require transactional construction legal services, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants; and it advises on construction procurement, and the negotiation and agreement of construction documents, on a variety of deals, including mixed-use developments, land purchases, major projects, hospitals, schools, and PFI/PPP.
Robert Hogarth, partner, says: "Since joining the firm two years ago, Mark's contribution to our practice has been instrumental in making it the success that it is today. I have no doubt that he will continue to build on this as he is motivated, ambitious and a fantastic lawyer."
