Senior litigator in clinical negligence joins firm

Mark Pickering has joined the medical negligence department at Asons Solicitors as senior litigator & clinical negligence team manager. He brings over 19 years' legal industry experience with him as he joins the Bolton personal injury firm.

Mark joins Asons from the medical negligence department at Linder Myers solicitors in Manchester, where he specialised in paediatric, ophthalmic, orthopaedic and hepatology/nephrology cases. Mark was the firm’s lead lawyer in group actions involving poly implant prothèse (PIP) breast implants and metal-on-metal hip replacement claims.
