Makes changes to salaries paid under the Ministerial and other Salaries Act 1975.

Reduce the amount of salary to which Ministers and Office Holders are entitled to under the 1975 Act to the amount which they currently claim. Reduce the amount of salary which is taken into account when calculating the amount of pension accrual built up by members of the Parliamentary pension scheme.
