Morgan Lewis—Paul Feldberg

Firm strengthens investigations and sanctions capabilities with London partner hire

Morgan Lewis has appointed Paul Feldberg as a partner in its litigation practice in London. He joins from Brown Rudnick, where he led the UK white collar defense, investigations and compliance practice, and brings extensive experience advising companies and individuals on sanctions, export controls, fraud, corruption, money laundering and insider trading matters.

Feldberg previously served as a prosecutor with His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and the Serious Fraud Office. He has handled complex regulatory and enforcement matters, including parallel investigations involving agencies such as the Serious Fraud Office and the Financial Conduct Authority, and has significant trial experience representing both corporations and individuals.

Firm chair Jami McKeon said: ‘Companies operating across jurisdictions face heightened enforcement risk and increasingly complex regulatory frameworks.’ She added that Feldberg’s focus on sanctions and investigations ‘strengthens our global litigation capabilities’ and enhances support for clients facing ‘sensitive, high-stakes matters’.

Troy Brown, leader of the firmwide litigation practice, said Feldberg’s experience ‘makes him a strong addition to our growing European team’, while London managing partner Nick Bolter described him as having the ability to ‘identify and develop cross-border opportunities’. The appointment follows Morgan Lewis’s continued investment in its European investigations and enforcement practice, including a recent five-lawyer team hire in Paris.
