The Administrative Court has published a new guide to judicial review. It provides a general overview of the court and guidance on how to conduct litigation, drawing together in one place all the relevant statutory provisions, rules of procedure, practice directions, and case law on procedural aspects of judicial review. It is aimed at all court users, including litigants in person as well as represented persons.
