Nicholas Lykke Dahn—Ashfords LLP

Lateral hire for real estate team

Ashfords LLP has announced a new lateral hire in its real estate team.

Nicholas Lykke Dahn joins the firm's Bristol office having previously been at BrookStreet des Roches LLP and Linklaters LLP specialising in commercial real estate and property finance. 

With over 15 years' experience within the field, Nicholas specialises in commercial property work including: investment acquisitions and disposals; joint ventures; property development; landlord and tenant advice; and secured lending. He has brought a number of corporate clients with him, including Allianz Global Corporate & Speciality SE, Bicester Heritage, KCG Group, and Ovo Energy. 

Nicholas says: "I am delighted to have joined Ashfords' dynamic real estate team and look forward to working with the team to deliver excellent client service."
