NLJ consultant editor wins litigation award

David Greene, partner at Edwin Coe and NLJ consultant editor, has scooped the “Group Action Litigation Lawyer of the Year” award in the 2016 Legal Awards by corporate finance networking organisation Corporate LiveWire. Greene said the past 12 months had been “an extremely busy year for the team”. He is acting for one of the applicants in the current judicial review on whether Parliamentary approval is required before Art 50 notice is given, beginning the process for the UK to leave the EU.
