New professional indemnity litigator for Dublin office
Kennedys has welcomed Noel Devins, from DWF Fishburns, as a new partner in its expanding Dublin office.
Noel is a professional indemnity (PI) litigator with over 10 years’ experience, advising insurers and a wide range of professionals, including: architects, engineers, surveyors, solicitors, financial advisors, brokers and valuers in relation to professional indemnity insurance claims.
Joining the six other partners in the Dublin office (which opened in 2011), Noel will work with insurers defending claims against professionals, particularly construction professionals and valuers, as well as advising on policy coverage issues.
Noel says: “I wanted to join Kennedys as they have a defined vision for creating a sustainable infrastructure to expand further into the Irish market. The team in Dublin, Belfast and throughout England is well established with an excellent reputation and I look forward to helping enhance their expertise further.”
