Unwired Planet International Ltd v Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd and others [2015] EWHC 3366 (Pat), [2015] All ER (D) 242 (Nov)

The Patents Court held that a patent held by the claimant telecommunications company, Unwired Planet, was valid and had been infringed by equipment manufactured and sold by the defendant companies that operated in accordance with the relevant LTE standards.
