Leading energy transactions lawyer joins London office
Baker Botts LLP has announced that Paul Exley has joined the firm’s London office as a partner.
Paul is an energy and corporate lawyer who is experienced in a wide range of international and domestic transactional work with a particular focus on cross-border M&A in the energy sector. He joins Baker Botts from Jones Day.
