Paul has over 20 years’ experience in corporate law, with a particular emphasis on corporate transactions, partnerships regulation and compliance. Paul’s focus on the real estate industry marries well with Cripps’ nationally recognised property expertise and his specific expertise in several areas, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and structured property transactions, will give the team a boost. He joins Cripps’ from Lawrence Graham LLP, where he was a corporate partner.
