Real estate team expanded with three new hires

Pemberton Greenish has announced the appointment of three specialist commercial property lawyers to its real estate team. Following previous expansion of this core practice group the real estate team now comprises over 40 practitioners.

Tom Fellows joins as an associate from Cripps LLP, prior to which he was at Stephenson Harwood. Tom advises on all aspects of commercial property, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, portfolio management and corporate real estate.

Laura Teodorescu joins as an associate from Kennedys, having previously trained and qualified at White & Case. Laura is a construction lawyer advising on both contentions and non-contentious work including construction disputes in the UK and overseas.

Nicholeena Vedi joins as an associate from RadcliffesLeBrasseur where she completed her training contract. Nicholeena will specialise in commercial real estate.

Robert Graham-Campbell, chief executive, says: “The appointment of three more practitioners to our real estate team cements our position as one of the foremost London property practices. The UK property market as a whole is still extremely buoyan—with London a hub for property investment and development across the country—and our team of over 40 specialists is perfectly placed to advise both domestic and international property clients.”

Jason Tann, partner and head of commercial real estate, says: “We are delighted to welcome these three specialist lawyers to our growing real estate team. Their expertise further increases our capacity to serve our large client base on all aspects of commercial, residential and mixed use real estate.”
