Pensions Act 2008

Pensions Act 2008 (Commencement No 6) Order 2010

Brings into force the Pensions Act 2008, Sch 10, paras 4, 5 on 26 February 2010 inserting into the Pensions Act 2004, s 181A. Section 181A enables a SI to be made which provides for interest to be charged in the case of late payment of a pension protection levy. That levy is payable by certain defined benefit pension schemes to the Board of the Pension Protection Fund.
