Firm acquires defendant insurance legal services businesses from Parabis
Following the conclusion of Parabis group’s strategic review and restructuring process the group’s defendant insurance legal services businesses have been acquired by Plexus Law Ltd.
Trading under the Plexus Law brand, and employing more than 1,000 people, the firm will offer a full range of high-end legal services to the insurance market from offices throughout the UK including London, Edinburgh, Leeds and Manchester.
At the helm of Plexus Law Limited will be an executive team led by Andrew McDougall as chief executive officer. Tim Roberts will take up the role of commercial director, law firm partner Hilary Yeo becomes operations director and Nick Addyman will head up the consumer law division. Existing practice heads and operating partners within the law firm will continue in their roles in the new business ensuring a seamless transition for clients and the business.
