Premier Solicitors and Finders International emerged as leading winners at the 2026 Probate Industry Awards, held in London and now in their eighth year

Hosted by comedian Omid Djalili, the national event recognised excellence across the probate legal and research sectors, highlighting achievements in legal service delivery, operational performance, client outcomes and broader contributions to the profession.

Premier Solicitors was named National Probate Law Firm of the Year, with judges recognising its sustained performance and ability to manage high volumes of probate work while maintaining consistent standards for clients. The firm remains one of the UK’s most prominent providers in terms of application volume. Meanwhile, Finders International secured the title of UK Probate Research Firm of the Year, reflecting its ongoing role in supporting legal practitioners, local authorities and estate administration through specialist research.

Individual honours were awarded to Natalie Payne of Morr & Co, who was named Lawyer of the Year. She was recognised for her professional achievements, technical expertise and commitment to client care, alongside her contribution to maintaining high standards within the probate sector.

In addition, the Story of the Year award went to YouSpotProperty founder Ben Radstone for drawing attention to the issue of abandoned and derelict probate properties across the UK.

The Probate Industry Awards continue to serve as a platform for recognising professional excellence and developments in a sector facing growing demand and increasing complexity.
