Hogan v DPP [2007] All ER (D) 253 (Feb)

Under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, s 329(2)(c), once a defendant has raised the issue that consideration was paid in respect of criminal property in his possession, it is for the prosecution to prove to the criminal standard that the consideration paid was not adequate.
