An easy-to-understand guide on mediation for surveyors and other property professionals has been drawn up by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Property Litigation Association. The draft guidance note, Mediation, sets out best practice procedures for surveyors who advise clients involved in property disputes. Responses should be made online by midnight on 4 August 2014.
