Commercial property expert joins Doncaster firm

Doncaster law firm, Atherton Godfrey, has appointed commercial property expert Richard Gillatt.

Richard joins the firm from Huddersfield based legal practice, Baxter Caulfield, where he was a partner and head of the property department.

He has almost 30 years’ experience in the legal field and is an expert on commercial property matters having dealt with high value transactions, including residential transactions, large scale sales and purchases of commercial property and has a vast amount of experience in acting for builders and developers.

Atherton Godfrey’s senior partner, Don Bird, says: “We are delighted to welcome Richard to the team. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience and his appointment underpins our commitment to deliver high level services for all our clients. Richard will be a great asset to the firm as we further strengthen our commercial property team.”
