Partner promotion in dispute resolution department

Payne Hicks Beach has strengthened its dispute resolution and contentious trusts offering with the promotion of Richard Manyon from associate to partner.

Having trained with Payne Hicks Beach, Richard qualified in 2006. His practice focuses on contentious trust and probate matters, both domestic and international. He acts for a range of clients including individuals, trustees and protectors and beneficiaries on instructions including removing fiduciaries in onshore and offshore jurisdictions, claims relating to the validity of wills, applications for the variation of trusts, claims under the Inheritance Act and actions for breach of fiduciary duty. In addition, Richard regularly advises on high value commercial disputes and property matters.
