Scotland’s First Minister Alex Salmond has appointed a panel of legal experts to examine the role of the Supreme Court in relation to the Scottish legal system.
The four-strong panel includes Lord McCluskey, a former solicitor general, and Professor Neil Walker, an expert in constitutional law. It will report before the summer recess.
