Serjeants’ Inn has announced the expansion of its clinical
negligence team with the arrival of Dr Simon Fox QC.
Simon is a medically qualified specialist clinical negligence
silk with 25 years of experience in the field. He previously worked as a doctor
in the UK, New Zealand and Central Africa in diverse areas of medicine and
surgery including accident and emergency medicine and neurosurgery, as well as
treating casualties from the Mozambican Civil War. He is instructed in high
value clinical negligence and personal injury claims, acting for injured patients,
doctors and insurance companies. In addition to his practice as a QC, Simon is
also an assistant coroner in Avon.
