Serle Court—Zoe O’Sullivan QC

Experienced commercial silk joins chambers

Serle Court has announced the arrival of Zoe O’Sullivan QC to chambers.

Called to the Bar in 1993 and taking silk in 2015, Zoe joins Serle Court after 25 years with One Essex Court. Her practice spans a wide range of commercial litigation and arbitration cases, including civil fraud, banking, oil and gas, and company law matters. She also offers particular expertise in software development disputes and applications for interim relief, and frequently sits as an arbitrator.

Commenting on the appointment, Serle Court’s chief executive John Petrie said: ‘Zoe’s arrival adds to our existing strengths in commercial work, and demonstrates that we are attracting the very best talent in this area.
