Firm appoints new chairman of the board
Skarbek Associates has appointed Simon Pulsford as chairman of the board.
Simon is an international business executive with expertise in leading organisations in M&A, business integration and reorganisations across the world. He spent over 20 years in leadership positions at GlaxoSmithKline, most recently as chief strategy officer of its £5bn consumer healthcare business. Currently, Simon is also a non-executive director of Futura Medical Developments and Healthcare Brands International.
In addition to his role as chairman of Skarbek, Pulsford will advise the firm’s clients on major business integration and transformational change work. Skarbek’s clients are in the legal, FMCG, healthcare and financial services sectors, and range from multi-national corporations to family-sized businesses.
