Solicitor Wellbeing Alliance launched

Legal groups and charities have launched the Solicitor Wellbeing Alliance to boost solicitors’ mental wellbeing and healthy working practices

LawCare, The Solicitors’ Charity, the Law Society and professional employers’ group the Mindful Business Charter formed the Alliance to influence working culture and practices through a unified voice, improve signposting between organisations and work together on shared priorities.

Law Society president Mark Evans said: ‘Over the coming year, Alliance members will work together to develop and deliver practical outputs that improve awareness of support, share learning and help solicitors and legal organisations take positive action on wellbeing.’
