Multi-practice law firm Spector Constant & Williams has boosted its Real Estate, Banking & Finance team by promoting Jaz Tott to partner as the firm looks to develop talent from within.

Jaz, previously a senior associate at the firm, has played a key role in real estate transactions for a variety of clients that include banks, developers, investors, hoteliers, franchisees, care home operators, PLCs, SMEs, landlords, tenants, and high net-worth individuals.

Over the last decade, he has worked with a variety of asset classes ranging from offices, retail parks, development sites, mixed-use buildings, hotels, luxury homes, industrial units, car workshops, and commercial units.

George Constant, partner at Spector Constant Williams, said of Jaz' promotion: 'Jaz is a success story at Spector Constant and Williams and has shown through his hard work, commitment and ability to work closely with board-level directors that he is partner material. This promotion also demonstrates that here at Spector Constant and Williams we are committed to developing our practitioners. Jaz promotion to partner is good news for him, the firm, but most importantly our clients.'
