Law Firms Spratt Endicott Solicitors and Alfred Truman Solicitors have announced that they have merged to offer clients more legal expertise and choice within the areas of Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire. Together, the firms provide a full range of legal expertise across ten departments, including commercial and corporate law, dispute resolution, employment and debt recovery.

John Spratt, Partner at Spratt Endicott Solicitors, said: “This merger is between two established law firms who want to work together in offering clients a broader range of expertise and improved access to that expertise. Our vision is to maintain and grow our reputation as a respected law firm delivering personalised legal services. We want to enjoy success and growth for our clients, our firm and our business partners.”

Howard Meakin, Partner at Alfred Truman Solicitors comments. “This merger is a really good opportunity for both companies. We are proud of Alfred Truman’s heritage and excellent reputation in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, but we also understand that clients need a broad spectrum of specialist expertise.
