International injury expert joins leading litigation-only law firm

Cheryl Palmer-Hughes has joined Stewarts’ leading Aviation and International Injury team as a partner.

Cheryl has over 15 years’ experience in representing those who have suffered complex brain and spinal cord injuries as a result of incidents abroad. She acts exclusively for claimants who have been injured while travelling, on holiday and working abroad and often represents bereaved families in fatal accident claims.

Cheryl has particular experience of representing visitors from other countries who are injured in the UK as well as representing English Claimants pursuing claims in the US.

Her arrival at Stewarts creates a team of six partners specialising in acting for seriously injured or bereaved claimants in Travel law and Aviation cases.

Cheryl’s arrival brings the number of partners at Stewarts to 92, which includes 30 Partners across the firm’s Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Aviation and International Injury departments. Those teams comprise 60 specialist lawyers dealing with serious injury claims.
