Switalskis—Jonathan Hyldon

Head of commercial property appointed in Lincolnshire

Switalskis has appointed Jonathan Hyldon as head of commercial property (Lincolnshire) as it continues to expand its commercial property department across South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. Based in the firm’s recently opened Grimsby office, he will work alongside the firm’s nine-strong specialist team.

Hyldon (pictured, left) brings more than 20 years’ legal experience and has specialised in commercial property law for the past decade. His practice includes acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, refinancing, secured lending and property development.

Commenting on his appointment, Hyldon said Switalskis had ‘a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice with a genuinely client-focused approach’. He added: ‘This role presents a great opportunity to build on the firm’s existing commercial property strengths and to help further growth across the regions.’

John Durkan (pictured, right), chief executive at Switalskis, described the hire as ‘a significant step for the team’. He added: ‘Jonathan will play a key role in our next phase of growth both regionally and nationally.’
