Taylor Rose—four promotions

Taylor Rose announces partner promotions

Taylor Rose, a fast-growing innovative law firm, has announced four partner promotions across its dispute resolution, residential property and marketing divisions, as it continues to invest in specialist expertise and develop internal talent across the firm.

All the new Partners have established careers with Taylor Rose and contributed to the growth of their respective teams and practice areas. Together, they will help strengthen the firm’s capabilities across central services and key legal practice areas, support the development of colleagues and contribute to its continued growth.

Dispute Resolution

  • Alex Rooney has been promoted to Partner and Acting Head of Property Litigation within the firm’s Dispute Resolution division. Alex joined Taylor Rose in March 2023 and has served as Acting Head of Department since May 2025. In his role, he will continue to grow his property litigation practice and support the development of junior team members.

Residential Property

  • Nazgol Khosravi has been promoted to Consultant Partner in the Residential Property division, progressing from her previous role as a Lead Consultant Solicitor. Nazgol qualified as a solicitor in 2019 and joined Taylor Rose in 2020. Since then, she has built and developed a conveyancing team of more than 25 professionals, while advising on complex residential property transactions for clients including high-net-worth individuals and investors. She will focus on growing the team, developing the next generation of lawyers and consultants and strengthening relationships across the property industry.
  • Nirali Patel has been promoted to Consultant Partner in the Residential Property, New Build and Real Estate Finance division. With more than 11 years’ post-qualification experience, she advises on residential conveyancing, new-build developments, remortgages, bridging finance and Sharia-compliant lending. She has an established international client base and received the Taylor Rose Director’s Award for client service, professional excellence and her contribution to the firm.
In her new role, Nirali will grow her practice across residential property, new-build and real estate finance, strengthening the firm’s market position and cross-referral opportunities.

Central Services

  • Ali Freeman has been appointed Partner and Head of Marketing – Direct Services, becoming the first Partner within Taylor Rose’s marketing team. Since joining the firm as a Marketing Executive in 2018, she has progressed from delivering marketing activity to leading the marketing function, overseeing major initiatives spanning brand development, digital marketing and client acquisition.
In her expanded role, Ali will continue to shape the firm’s marketing strategy and lead the development of its marketing capabilities, using data and technology to better understand client needs, strengthen marketing effectiveness and support the growth of Direct Services.

Commenting on the promotions, Antony Jaggard, CEO of Taylor Rose, said: “These appointments reflect the strength and breadth of talent across Taylor Rose, as well as our continued commitment to investing in the people and specialist capabilities that will support our future growth.

“By elevating talent from within, we continue to strengthen our capabilities in key practice areas and expand our offering nationwide. Each of these individuals bring valuable expertise and commercial insight, enabling us to deliver even greater value to our clients and support our long-term strategic vision.”
